Many thanks go to Jeff Dawson who allowed me to use a turtle graphic 'forrest.gif' found on The Turtle Pages to create our team's logo.  We had exhaustively searched to find a decent looking turtle on which we could base our logo.  His was the only one remotely close to what we needed.  We downloaded the file and modified the graphic a little to suite our needs.  His facial expression, smiling after suffering so much abuse, makes our statement for us.  

We may be beaten up, but we're not beaten down.
